I've been redirected to this forum by your twitter customer service.
I've been trying to login to my ntlworld email with no luck. It was working fine yesterday but now I cannot get into the account.
Logging into the primary account today the email address is no longer there. However 2 other emails that are not linked to our account are there and it appears they have removed the missing account and changed the password to the account so I an no longer access it. So it appears it has been hacked.
Can someone please assist at getting this account back as it is my primary account.
Following on form this the email address has definitely been hacked as an email confirmation of a password change was sent to the primary account on virgin media. A second email was then received stating the email had been removed from the primary account.
I have tried going to forgotten password and every time is states "Unable to find username". I'm assuming this is due to them removing the account from the virgin manage accounts section?
Really hoping a VM member of staff sees this. It's been a day full of stress and I'm unsure on what else I can do without the help of a VM staff member?
