Ntlworld email

I was hacked a while ago and cannot get back my ntlworld email which I need access too . It doesn't show when I login using my primary email . I have sent an email to it and it hasn't come back as unsent with error so it must be still active . All passwords I've tried fail snd I can't seem to see how to change password on it as all links seem to be to change login password to account on general rather than just email .

• go to https://mail2.virginmedia.com/appsuite/
• sign in using your ntlworld.com authentication credentials

Open an Incognito / Private window, go to mail2.virginmedia.com/appsuite/

Really sorry to hear that you're having issues accessing your email at this time.

Has the support offered kindly by our VIP @用心棒  helped in gaining access to your account? 

If not, please let me know if you have the same issues when trying through webmail and a client such as outlook or gmail?
