I hope the community can help. My ntlworld.com email stopped working yesterday morning on all devices and virgin webmail. On webmail I get a message to say try back in an hour. I'm using POP3 on one device and IMAP on my phone. Neither work. I tried changing the password but no change. Other posts say that if I post here I can be contacted privately to get it reset. The ntlworld.com address is still shown on my virgin media account as the primary address. Thanks
