Its one I've had for many years and its always worked fine.
Friday it suddenly stopped working on both my phone and computer, without ever changing anything.
I can log into it via Virginmedia, and even change password, etc but can't see any emails in there, nor receive any on any other device, it keeps saying 'Account error' or asks for the password again ... even though i know its correct. ?
if its not linked to a current VM account it can be deleted at any time. Any email account not linked to a active account should be deleted 90 days after the account is closed. If its not it can be deleted at any time when the system notices.
You need to make sure it get linked to your account if you want to keep it
