VirginMedia Twitter account has asked me to post on here, if anyone can help please? My ntlworld email account has suddenly stopped working 3 hours ago on webmail and all apps. I get 3 grey dots on the webmail screen and 'sync failed' on apps. I have a current Virgin broadband connection which is working and I have changed my VirginMedia password. Does anyone have any suggestions to restore my email please. Many thanks.
