My secondary e mail address that I use on virgin has stopped working recently. Keep getting messages password doesn't match.
I have been into account settings and it says account disabled. Why?
It's an inconvenience because I use this for a lot of social media and membership accounts. The primary ntlworld mail is still working as is another virginmedia mail.
Can this account be restored or do I bite the bullet and change everything to Gmail or similar.

Thank you for posting, Sorry to see the NTL email has stopped working ☹.
Did the email log you out and you was not able to log in after that?
Have you tried resetting the password with making sure these are contained in the password:
If so let us know, as if you can rest your password it should let you use the email address again as normal.

Thanks for reply, in the accounts screen it shows email is disabled. There is no option to change the password.
