Ntlworld email has bee hacked

Hi,

Similar to alot of previous posts I have seen, my old ntlworld email account has been hacked.

Virgin media do not operate in my area so I am no longer a customer. I do however still have my ntlworld email account. 

I received an email in my account yetserday telling me I had been hacked then lots of password resets started coming through.

I am unable to change the email password as the ntlworld email address is not recognised on the virgin media website. 

Can someone from virgin media please delete my old account.
