I closed my virgin account 5 years ago due to a house move but my email accounts continued to receive mail but unable to send. Last week I received an email (from myself) telling me my computer has been hacked and stating my email password, they now have access and are using it to reset passwords and get access to other accounts. Also I think they’re using it to send spam. Spent a couple of hours on the phone and in the Virgin App, to be told they can’t do anything because they can't see the account but they can still see my wife's account which is similar? at first i could see all the password change requests coming through but now I'm unable to see anything, I've also tried to change the password but they must have done that already as i can't get access to the account, I've just joined on here and seen a few similar reports, hopefully someone can help?
also noticed the mail server has been redirected to mx.tb.ukmail.iss.as9143.net
