I have a ntlworld email account that has been hacked and I can't change password as no longer virgin customer can anyone help?
I am afraid that all the support staff can do is arrange for the email address to be deleted, as due to not being a VM broadband customer there is no entitlement to have the email address.
Due to the nature of the query I have escalated to the forum team to have a look.
