Since early yesterday I’ve been unable to access my ntlworld email account on any of my devices, I still receive emails from a google account but can also not send
it states that there is a password error but I have not changed any passwords as the error seems to have occurred at 430am
when I log in to the virgin website it states my mailbox is unavailable and to try again in a hour a check passwords
can anyone help

I'd suggest the best way to get this sorted would be to contact the team via the text messaging service.
They should then be able to take a look into this and get it sorted!

It’s still the same problem on all devices I managed to get through on the phone yesterday and was advised there was an issue nationwide which started Monday morning and was being worked on, do you have any idea when the estimated time for this fix

Is the email address in question linked to an active Virgin Media account?
Yes it is still an active account for broadband and phone line, both are still working ok it’s just the ntl world email that’s not working
I can receive emails to my phone if my gmail account is used
