Can’t log into my account as it doesn’t recognise my password then when I ask for a password reset it does not recognise my email address!!
Tried getting in contact with Virgin with no joy!

Can we ask if you still have an active account with us? Can you also try logging in from a different web browser and device, also clearing all cookies/caches and history may help.
