Ntlworld email address giving Forbidden message

On Thursday i changed my media package from Virgin Media from TV / Phone / Internet to just an Internet option.

Since then my two existing ntlworld email accounts are no longer accesible. No email has arrived from either of these accounts since Thursday. 

I've spoken to tech support twice and on both occasions been told the two are not related and the problem must be at my end.

I have reset my password and tried to acces the webmail using a PC a Macbook and an ipad.

I still arrive once logged in at a page that says 'Forbidden'

I can still log into my account and view my account details and verify that both email addresses are still active.

Anyone got any suggestions on this one?
