Ntlworld email account still active/forwarding, 2 years since I left VM

I left Virgin Media almost 2 years ago. Two Ntlworld email accounts associated with the VM account still appear to be active, and are forwarding spam to my current email address.

As I can no longer access my VM account (system reports it no longer exists, as one would expect), can someone from VM please contact me and get the Ntlworld email accounts deleted?
