30/03/2020 - deleted contents of Bin on iphone8. About an hour later noticed complete contents of Inbox had disappeared. Logged into account on PC and still no emails in Inbox, except one that had just arrived. Deleted items folder also empty. Phoned VM today and the tech said there was a fault at VM end and Inbox contents should be restored when issue fixed. Is this true? Can someone verify? Many thanks.
Issue not resolved yet. Still missing all my Inbox email apart from what I have received since the fault. Apparently the issue only affected ’a small number of accounts’, whatever that is supposed to mean.
