Ntlworld.com email problem

Hi,

I have the email address REMOVED@ntlworld.com but for some reason it's not linked to my virgin media account. (I'm not sure it ever was)

It's recently been hacked and I need to change the password. I've got no way to change the account password and I have too many accounts using this email to simply abandon the email address.

Please help.

Thanks for the information.

Hackers have used my email to gain access to Paypal and tried to setup a business account in my name. Luckily I managed to sort that out before any damage was done.

My biggest concern is I can't change my password because there's just no facility to do this, so I'm having to just remove access to whatever my email is tied to.

Far from ideal as I've had the email address for 20 years. Seriously though, virgin are better off just resetting all email passwords to protect the users if they have all been compromised.
