Ntlworld & blueyonder domains blocking email

Hi, 

we are having trouble with NTLworld and Blueyonder domains receiving emails from our domains. It would seem the email is blocked entirely. 
 
how can we get our domain whitelisted?

I am sorry to hear of any email issue. Is this emails with attachments and without or only failing with them? What is the error message you're getting please?
