So overnight, my email stopped working.
I keep getting a screen saying try again in one hour.
My sons linked email is working fine and I can access my account fine.
I've tried on phone, phone browser, laptop chrome and edge. Same error.
Helpline have tried resetting password, but in the end said try again in an hour !
Morning, email still isn’t working
Password changed, called Virgin yesterday, just told to check after an hour ! please help !
