As stated, no longer receiving these either on desktop or Apple iPad. Anyone been able to solve this, I have looked at comments on here but been unable to resolve this.

That's good news. I'd suggest you re-install the NTL connection settings on the desktop.

What message do you get when your email app tries to connect?
Can you connect to the webmail server using a browser?
When you sign in to MyVirginmedia, is your email address listed?

thanks, no messages just nothing incoming, the email address is still showing in my Virgin media as a second email address and I’ll also check if any show in the my Virgin media email page. Sorry I’m not very tech savvy to understand some of the questions.

To clarify, it looks like it is only the desktop, not receiving the ntl address mails.
