My secondary ntlworld email account was locked two days ago and I don't know when it'll be unlocked. Apparently it needs some technician to do this. Calling Virgin Media has been no help at all - they changed password of the wrong email on two occasions and then the third time they told me they weren't allowed to or couldn't unlock it?
This situation is hopeless. I have many important emails about meetings and events that will have been sent to me and I need access to them.
Can you help at all please!!!

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your NTL world email address.
Are you able to let me know if you are currently a virgin media customer ?
