I have been using an ntl world account that has now been hacked. I cannot get through to anyone on VM call centre to help with this. I’ve read some similar posts on this forum and it seems the account needs to be deleted, please can this be done?

Have you been able to follow the steps as advised here as this can often get things resolved for you, the major step is resetting your password to a brand new, and unused one, waiting approximately 30-60 minutes and trying to log in again?
