Since switching from a full house deal to a broadband only deal, I can still receive emails, but not send them.
Messages sit in the outbox without sending etc.
I have checked that password on outgoing setiings are correct, but keep getting messages saying that it was not possible to finish set up.
Any ideas or does Virgin Broadband only not include emails.

How strange you cannot send emails since changing your package! I do apologise for the inconvenience of this happening to you. Let me take a look at and see if we can get this sorted for you.
I know this probably sounds like a daft question but have you tried sending yourself and email? Sometimes this can unclog whatever is blocking them being sent.
Also are you using web mail or a client email? I know you said you have checked our email setting but can you make sure you have entered the below for me? Click here to get the correct email settings.
Let me know how you get on after trying the above.
