Ntl email down again

Last week my email went down. On Friday I was advised to change my password but that didn't work. After being contacted by Beth she managed to fix it for me. It was working fine on Saturday morning but went down again a few hours later and still is

Thank you for your post, I am sorry to hear that you have had some email issues, however I can see that this has further been resolved via another thread. 

 

Please do try and avoid multiple posts as this can delay the time that we can get back to you and other customers.

Apologies for that but as my original post had a green tick against it I think meaning the problem had been resolved I didn't think that it would be looked at again if I had added that it had returned. In fact it is now back again this morning as I am unable to access my email account once more

 

 I have changed my password again and it is working now. So, is this going to be a regular procedure that every time the email stops working the password has to be changed?
