Ntl e-mail

Hi

Virgin media 

My virgin media email with the ending ntlworld.com has logged out and to log back in its asking for password but not taking any of the password I have them will go to log in on the web site with that email address and does not reconise it last week I was hacked some one is it that email so would like to delete this account  but can't get access?

Any help please
