Had 2 occasions lately that mail sent to my ntl e mail address has not been received, the 2 concerned advise me to contact virgin, is is that virgin no longer want these addresses, what is the problem ?
I think it is worth pointing out that the link given only shows secondary accounts. Clicking on the My Profile tab will show the primary email address for the account in the My Details / Virgin Media Mail section.

I'm really sorry you're not getting all your emails.
Can I ask if there's any issues when the senders in question forward those emails to any other email address you may have? For example if you had a 3rd party email address, does the email from the same sender reach that email address?
I have had a similar problem, but it was all emails to a particular ntl email address. I got round it by setting up an autoforward so that I received the emails in another email account. this has been ongoing since april but got it sorted this week. the solution for me was to disable all filter rules and for good measure deleted all blacklist entries and noe receiving emails as normal.
