I’m not recieving emails and nobody from virgin will sort it out . HELP

As this is your first post here can you please expand on the issues you are having with your email.
Two key points to address:
Do you have a current Virginmedia broadband account?
Is the email concerned correctly linked to your current VM broadband account?

I’m a current virgin media customer with an email of •••••••••@ntlworld.com
I stopped recieving emails three weeks ago on all platforms , although weirdly enough I can still recieve junk . Virgin faults team have said there’s nothing wrong with the account .
I can still send emails just not recieve
URGENTLY follow the advice in the link Graham gave you last night, especially have you looked at the settings in webmail to see if there is any forwarding or filters set up?
