Not recieving emails into my old blueyonder mailbox

Ive been with Virgin for about 25 years, had a blueyonder account for about 20.

I created a new virginmedia email account as the old blueyonder account been receiving lots of spam and so slowly moved all my important stuff to the new account.

It seems now i am not receiving any emails at all on the on the old blueyonder account, i can still access it via webmail, but theres been nothing new in it for about a month, ive kept it open for anything non personal, so still need to access it.

I tried sending an email to the account but nothing shows up in my inbox or anywhere else, so not sure what to do next.

Any ideas anyone?

In webmail, are there any unexpected filter rules listed under ☰ > Settings > ▸ Email > Filter Rules? Yes, then follow the advice given here, Compromised Email Account advice
