Not recieving emails into my old blueyonder mailbox
Ive been with Virgin for about 25 years, had a blueyonder account for about 20.
I created a new virginmedia email account as the old blueyonder account been receiving lots of spam and so slowly moved all my important stuff to the new account.
It seems now i am not receiving any emails at all on the on the old blueyonder account, i can still access it via webmail, but theres been nothing new in it for about a month, ive kept it open for anything non personal, so still need to access it.
I tried sending an email to the account but nothing shows up in my inbox or anywhere else, so not sure what to do next.
