Not receiving emails

I’m not receiving emails into my account on either my iPhone or my iPad. There are several today at least that I was expecting as have placed some online orders. I haven’t changed anything on my phone so at a bit of a loss as to why this is happening?

FYI: Solved: +++Known Issue+++ Email Disruption - F010434911 - Virgin Media Community - 5244530; ignore the “Solved” in title and instead check here Check the service status in your area

Also consider signing into webmail here then:

  • select ⚙ > E-Mail > Filter Rules
  • select Disable  for any rules not recognised, i.e. you did not create
    if you found any such rules then also follow the advice here My Virgin media email has been hacked | Virgin Media Help

    NB: if Filter Rules are not loading then this is due to the “Know Issue” mentioned earlier.
