Not receiving emails

Hello

Following last week's nightmare when our ntlworld email account was hacked we changed our password but our emails are still not being received.  Do you think we  should reset the password again. ? 

Thank you for reading my post, any advice would be extremely helpful.

Did you follow all the steps set out in the link I posted in your previous thread?  In particular it is very important that you check via VM webmail settings for any auto forward rules or filters that may be directing incoming email away from your address.
