For some odd reason I have stopped receiving emails into my web account and onto my iphone.
Can someone please help?

For the last two days I have not received any incoming emails despite sending one to myself.
It may be an indication that your mailbox has been compromised. Follow all the guidance in this help article: Emails Compromised | Virgin Media
Pay specific attention to section 4 checking for autoforward settings, but also check for Filter rules in the same settings area.

Thank you Graham, I have followed your advice and low and behold a few emails have slipped in!
Maybe more will follow in due course!
