Not receiving emails on one account only

I have three emails accounts, two with ntlworld.com and one with virginmedia.com. Recently I have not been receiving anything from one of my ntlworld.com accounts, I can send from it but not receive anything. I have switched off all filtering, forwarding etc and cleared my blacklist completely, but to no avail.

This is happening if I send to that account from an android device, email client or VM's webmail.

Anyone any ideas.

Sorry to hear you are having this issue Enduser, It does sound like something we need to look into for you, I am going to pop you over a private message so we can get the email address in question etc
