Not getting emails to blueyonder on iPad.

As above.  No e mails coming in.  Says mail server imap4 not responding.  Verify correct information into mail settings.  I haven’t touch this information since I first set it up a long time ago    I am using an iPad with iOS 14.   E Mail has been working until Last Friday I think.  Can someone advise please.    I can go into my Virgin account and check emails there which is fine but it’s a bit of a nuisance

Check that the account is using the recommended settings, see How do I update my Virgin Media Mail settings on an iOS device?

Thank you for posting on the Community Forum - I'm sorry for our delayed response and to hear you're having some trouble with receiving emails.

 

Can you please try removing your blueyonder account from the email client and then re adding it again? It may also be worth resetting your password in-between re adding the account.

 

Let us know if that works for you!
