No email access for 6 days. I have tried accessing via my iPhone, tablet and work laptop. All advise that mailbox is down and to try again in 1 hour. I called VM on Friday who advised it would take up to 48 hours to resolve. I called VM again who suggested there was nothing they could do and that I would not be able to be transferred to a tech team assistant to resolve. My dad has just passed away and needed access to my email account for a variety of reasons. I am so disappointed and disheartened by the lack of clarity and resolve.
