I have been trying for several weeks at random times to access my other email addy with VM. I keep getting this message:
Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

Have you followed the instructions in the message to ring the customer support team? If so what did they advise you?
The message you are seeing usually means that you mailbox has been locked for some reason either because you have not accessed it for some time or because of a security concern. You will need to get VM to check the status of the account for you. Do this either by ringing in or wait here for a Forum Team member to respond.
