I am sick to death of trying to contact virgin. Bad experience before we’ve even became a proper customer. I had received no welcome email so I couldn’t access or register for an online account. I finally got through to them to find out they had made a typo on the email address. They corrected it and said they’d resend all documents (without an account number I can’t do anything). After 4 more attempts at contacting them I have received and heard nothing.
