No longer with virgin and cant reset blueyonder passwors after being hacked

I left virgin in 2015. My blueyonder accounts still live and been hacked.

Called virgin and they say it should of been deleted after 90 days.

It hasn't and I can't  

Change the password as I can't access the server ran by virgin as I'm not a customer.

Round and round I go!

The VM Forum Team staff should be able to arrange for this orphaned email address to be fully deleted when they reach this thread in a day or so.
