It sounds like you are using an email app.

Can you still log into email with a browser?  Can you still log into your broadband account at MyVirginmedia?

Thanks for posting in regards to your email account and issues getting access, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.

Were you able to follow the steps jpeg1 offered and gain access through either of those methods? If not, what error message do you get when trying to sign in? How long have you had the access issues?
