Despite many calls and being given timescales for resolving, i am still unable to login to my email account on the Virgin media website. The problem is made worse in that the support person I speak to will not or cannot go into my account and see the same page that I see, where it would then be clear as to whats happening and see the same error message as me. As a result, I am asked to click on links that aren't there. Very frustrating
