No email

I have had no email for 3 Days been onto chat line, they changed my password,left two hrs still not getting any email s,please help important get everything on here?

Consider checking for any unexpected filter rules in webmail:

• select ⚙ > E-Mail > Filter Rules and disable any unexpected rules — if any unexpected Filter Rules were found then following the advice here My Virgin media email has been hacked | Virgin Media Help

Hi Travis, are you able to private message me to help me get my email problem fixed?

Not had access to my emails in at least six weeks and had no joy getting it fixed so far when I message the Virgin call centre. They just keep saying it will be fixed within the next five days and nothing is done and I end up messaging again and going round in circles.

Can you please help?
