I haven't been able to use my email box since last Thursday (13th July). I've followed all the instructions re locked email box four times now (resetting passwords etc) but just keep ending back at the locked email screen. Can anyone at Virgin Media help me? Thanks!

I spent over an hour on the phone to VM Weds 19th and ended up speaking to a techie (?Sneh) but pleased to report my emails were unlocked and back working normally the next day (20th) and so far (touching my wooden desk!) no more problems with email
