The "send" button has disappeared off the standard "Compose" form in my Blueyonder account. I have tried re-starting the whole computer and also running the Virgin email package in both Chrome and Edge to no effect. All suggestions/answers gratefully received.
Yes I am a current customer and yes I seem to be receiving emails. Also, if I save a message as a draft and then select "send" from the drafts mail box it seems to go as usual. It just seems as if the button has gone AWOL in the "compose" form.
Ooops! Silly me! I have just solved the problem for myself. Somehow the form had dropped down the screen leaving a narrow blank strip at the top. I just had to drag it back up with the cursor so that I could see the whole page. Sorry to waste your time.
