No email for completing registration

Hi! I am a new customer. I have tried to sign up for ‘my account’ for 3 weeks now, however it says I need to complete registration by clicking the link emailed to me. I have not received any email at all, even when I press the ‘resend’ button. Please help as I cannot finish setting up my account!

I will need to log this with our IT support team to be looked into further, just one more thing, please can you send me a screenshot via private message of the error message that you're getting, so that I can pass this onto the support team.
