I lost my email this morning. I also can't access emails on virgin media. Message says
"Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices."
I tried deleting account on my computer and then adding an account, but this came up with
"Unable to verify account name or password"

Yes active subscriber.
Have phoned Virginmedia but no solution yet.
Problem solved, suspicious activity on my account, someone tried to set up email forwarding. The tech dept shut down account and then sent an email telling me this. DUH!
