No e-mail for 10 days

About  10 days ago I received an e-mail from you saying that my e-mail would be down for 12 hours for maintainence in my area.  Since then I have only been able to receive e-mail intermittently. More no service, occasionally works but very slow. Tried phoning 150 was sent a link to try and resolve, but link does not work!  How long am I going to be without my e-mail?

Hi @athomas2 👋.

Our teams were working through the night to complete planned and essential work to our email service. This was carried out overnight to minimise disruption for our email users, but unfortunately, we have since encountered some technical difficulties this morning which means email users may be experiencing intermittent issues with their email service. We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing and our teams are working to resolve it as soon as possible. 



I am not complaining about works over running a few hours, but 10 days with no explanation or estimate as to when they will be completed!
