No confirmation email for verifying username and email address

Hi,

"You haven't confirmed this username yet. Please check your inbox for a message called 'Confirm you're My Virgin Media username' and click the link in the email."

But I don't have confirmation mail.  Is there a problem with Yahoo?

I have waited a few days now since I placed an order and yet I haven't received the confirmation email I've checked spam folders and I've checked through all the emails and I still haven't received the email

Sorry to hear you're having some issues but we will do our best to get this sorted for you. 

 

Just to clarify, are you a new customer with us who has just signed up, or an existing customer with an upgrade? 
 

Have you had any update with this yet? Has an email been sent to you to confirm your email address and username? 
 

Just to clarify, is this to access your emails or to access your online virgin media account?
