No confirmation email for verifying username and email address

When I login I am presented with two prompts asking me to verify my Username and Email Address.
I navigated to my profile and it tells me that confirmation emails have been sent for both, however they've been sent back in 2015 and they've probably been deleted by now.
So I have requested new confirmation emails to be sent via My Profile page and clicking on "Send it again", however I am yet to receive any. I have also checked my spam folder and there is also nothing there from Virgin Media.
