No access to my webmail for over a week using Chrome

Hello,

Okay so it's been a week at least and no access to my @blueyonder.co.uk email address via the web portal using chrome.

mail2.virginmedia.com/

I get the message

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

However when I log in with Firefox (which I attempted) today it works. Any insights?

PS - There are no plans to retire the Blueyonder.co.uk email addresses are there?

Try clearing your Chrome browser cache and delete cookies relating to Virginmedia media.

And no, there are apparently, no plans to kill off the blueyonder email domain, but for some time VM have not allowed any new legacy (ntlworld, blueyonder or virgin.net) email addresses to be created; so I suspect this is where some of the misunderstanding has come from.
