No access to my blueyonder email account.

Today i received a text message telling me my email account had been locked due to spam. I can now not gain access, even after following password change directions. I have phoned customer service and had the password changed manually and still can not access my virgin media account. Tried everything to be fair, even when i enter my bill details and security question answers nothing is recognized. Absolutely bamboozled as to what has gone so wrong, any help would be greatly appreciated.
