Hi all,
About mid afternoon yesterday my access to my virgin.net email went down again. I can't access via Outlook or via myvirginmedia website and webmail. On the webmail / myvirginmedia / mail.virginmedia it comes up with a message that my email account has been blocked. This is after only having access to my emails after almost a month of it being down. Please can someone help!!!

Have you followed the detailed instructions set out in the mailbox locked on screen message?
Wait 30 minutes after changing the password and generating an app password before trying to access the account again.
