No access to blueyonder emails

Not been able to access my blueyonder emails in at least six weeks, since Virgin had their email issue.

contacted Virgin four times and been told they t will be fixed within next five days, that’s each time I contact them, they are useless at best.

anyone had this issue and been able to get them to actually fix it and not just fob you off?

I am so sorry to hear that you have been experiencing these issues with your email, can I first check, is this email attached to a current and active broadband account with us? 



Yes I’m currently a customer.

account is active and it’s for my Blueyonder email addresses.
