No access to blueyonder e-mail on my computer since March
I’ve had no access to my blueyonder.co.uk e-mails since March on my computer. (they come through on my mobile). Please help resolve yellow sign in message “you’ve entered wrong username or password” - I changed my password end of March but still no joy. Thank you.

Thanks for getting back Chris - much appreciated. When I type in www.virginmedia.com email it takes me to Yahoo who want me to allow access (which I haven’t any inclination to follow through with) . The Google Search takes me directly to official Virgin Media page and when I bring down email tab and click on ‘Forgotten password’ (in order to change it) my username (blueyonder address) it is no longer recognised.
